This is the Privacy Policy for NFLplayerbenefits.com, a website that provides information about certain benefit plans and programs (together, “Plans”).  Visitors to the Website may be able to register to access information about the Plans, upload/download information about some of the Plans’ benefits and take actions with respect to those Plans. References to NFLplayerbenefits.com or “Website” include all content and pages that are within each section of the Website or that are linked within the Website. Cookies and Website Traffic Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to help analyze how users use the site.  Google Analytics uses “cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form.   We will never (and will not allow any third party to) use the statistical analytics tool to track or collect any Personally Identifiable Information of visitors to our site.  Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.  Neither we nor Google will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user.  We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any Personally Identifiable Information from any source unless you explicitly submit that information via a fill-in form on our website.

No Collection of Information from Children

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) requires the Website to inform parents and legal guardians about how the Website collects, uses, and discloses the personal information of children under the age of 13.  The Website is not intended for children and does not knowingly solicit or receive any personal information from children under the age of 13.  If you are under the age of 13, you are not authorized to use the Website.   

Amendment

The provisions contained herein supersede all previous notices or statements regarding the Website’s privacy practices, such as for the predecessor to NFLplayerbenefits.com, known as mygoalline.com.  NFL Player Benefits (NFLPB) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice to you. Any amendment will apply to information that was previously collected by the Website unless otherwise stated in the amendment.  Your continued use of nflplayerbenefits.com after any such amendment signifies your consent to the changes.

Breach

The NFLPB complies with all applicable laws regarding breaches and will notify you as required by applicable law.
